5/6/2008 -  Cotuit Center For the Arts Tix are going fast

If you're thinking of getting tix for our show this Saturday at the Cotuit Center for the Arts on the Cape, you might want to secure your tix in advance. This will be our 3rd time in this beautiful venue. The 1st two shows were a sell out and we expect to sell this one out as well. This is a great room with fantastic acoustics, plenty of dance floor as well as seats. This is a 21 over show and beer and wine will be sold. 4/19/2008 -  Entrain Fans Step up for MS

Long time(really long)Entrain fan Johnny Mosca is steppin' to raise awareness and research money for Multple Sclerosis. Let's help if we can. Walk MS, my story and why......... We all know and love Entrain for their music, their message, their vibe and good feeling we get when we’re at a show. I’ve been lucky enough to become great friends with the guys as well as a tremendous fan. When I mentioned this to Sam, he and the Band have graciously allowed me to share my story with you. If you don’t know much about Multiple Sclerosis then you’re one of the very lucky ones whose life hasn’t been touched by this debilitating disease. We go through life sometimes taking it for granted unless it hits home. Ten years ago, my brother-in-law, Donny Hull started falling when walking, tripped over his own feet, started slurring his speech and would get numbness and tingling in his legs. One of his neighbors actually thought he was drunk one day when he came home from work. He continued to work until his wife, my sister, Maryann decided, enough is enough – let’s see what’s going on. After seeing about 10 doctor’s, he was finally diagnosed but it wasn’t what anyone wanted to hear. His doctor said, "You have MS." MS effects over 400,000 people in the United States alone and over a million people around the world, including twice as many women than men. Most people experience their first symptoms between the ages of 20 and 50. Having multiple sclerosis means that you may not be able to walk when you wake up. Or that you may suddenly have impaired vision. Or that your memory will fail you for no apparent reason. The symptoms of MS are different, and devastating, for everyone - the only certainty is that it will affect yet another person every hour of every day. My entire family along with a group of great friends are on a mission. We’re participating in a Walk for MS on May 18th as part of team "Walk on, For Don." to raise funds for further research. So, my fellow Entrainians, I ask, would you support me & my team and help make this year the year that makes all the difference. 5/8/2007 -  Entrain Plays the Beatles

We've just recorded a version of The Beatles "All You Need is Love" for a compilation CD called "Cape Cod covers the Beatles". It's a benefit CD for "Angel Air" (an organization that flies folks from the Cape and Islands to Boston for regular medical treatment). It was a joy working on this project, and the song came out great. It's got Jeff Clark singing lead and Alex Howland doing some backup vocals, as well as a kids choir on the chorus. It will be available in June 1st and will feature Carly Simon, Kate Taylor, Entrain, Chandler Travis, 57 Heavy, Maynard Silver and more... Go to www.capecodcovers.com for more info.
